Recently, we obtained the actual car picture of Changan Qiyuan E07 ( picture ) new power model from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. At the just-concluded 2024 Beijing International Auto Show, Changan Qiyuan E07 has been unveiled, and blind ordering has begun. It is reported that the car is internally codenamed CD701 and is built based on Changan's SDA architecture. It provides two power systems, pure electric and extended range. It is planned to start mass production in October and is expected to be launched within the year.

The new Changan Qiyuan E07 model exposed this time is a pure electric version. Its appearance remains unchanged, but it is equipped with a motor with a maximum power of 165 kilowatts and is matched with a lithium iron phosphate battery. Previous application information shows that the single-motor version of the Changan Qiyuan E07 pure electric model has a maximum power of 252 kilowatts, and the dual-motor version has a maximum power of 188 kilowatts and 252 kilowatts at the front and rear motors respectively. It is equipped with a ternary lithium battery pack. It is worth noting that the car also offers an extended-range power system, with optional two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive systems.

The front of Changan Qiyuan E07 is equipped with a C-shaped LED light group and a closed front grille shape. It is equipped with black wheel eyebrows and hidden door handles. The roof is equipped with a luggage rack. When the taillights are lit, they present a ring-shaped penetration effect.

Changan Qiyuan E07 adopts a fastback style on the side. The declaration information shows that the length, width and height of the car are 5045/1996/1640 (1665/1695) mm, and the wheelbase is 3120 mm. It is positioned as a medium and large SUV.

Changan Qiyuan E07 adopts a five-seat layout and provides 20-inch and 21-inch rims. It is worth noting that the trunk of Changan Qiyuan E07 is closed in normal conditions, but it can be opened electrically to the cargo compartment state.

The interior of Changan Qiyuan E07 is relatively simple and equipped with a floating central control screen similar to that of the A07. At the same time, the car is designed with a ceiling screen above the passenger seat, and the armrest box area is equipped with cup holders and a wireless charging panel.

Changan Qiyuan E07 is positioned as a new energy mid-to-large SUV.
